Good evening Joe-
I wanted to write to you to let you know how wonderful one of your employees was to work with.
Recently Lea helped me select a new carpet and pad for my basement. She was knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions and then helped me schedule the installation.
Now, that is no big feat because this is her job but what happens next is outstanding and showed me how much she truly cares about her customers. Lea and I had a little communication hiccup; I thought I was the first one to be installed on the date and that I would be called to confirm time. She thought my father would be in the contact and would be available to let them in anytime during the am window.
So, fast-forward to the day before the installation. Lea and I were going back and forth on phone calls to try to set this up and correct the mistake we made. It was her day off, she had a doctor’s appointment and she STILL worked tirelessly to help make these connections and arrange for me to be the first stop the next day.
She is dedicated and didn’t stop trying to help me when she could have just said, sorry we can reschedule!
You are lucky to have someone like her on your team. We will certainly refer other friends looking for carpet in the future to go see Lea. She is an asset to Carpet Exchange and to your reputation!

Over the years we have done many home improvements but have never dealt with anyone like Alan. His knowledge, patience, guidance, and ability to convey information clearly were exceptional. Best of all, his sincerity and integrity gave us confidence.
We visited many carpet companies but we decided on Carpet Exchange mainly because of Alan.
We’d also like to comment both of your installation crews (we had 2 installations a month apart). Caesar and Hyman whose skill and friendly communication were excellent.

Just a note of thanks for the superb job of installing my hardwood flooring.
Your installers were the utmost of professionalism, perfectionist and experience! I know what a challenge it was to install no less than 24 stairs in addition to two landings, the living room and hall and also tiling the area in front of my fireplace.
The beauty of the finished job is indescribable and I suggest you take pictures and use them in some form to advertise the look of the finished job.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend you on the staff at your Boulder store.
As an interior designer, I have ample opportunity to observe and associate with many people in the tile and floor covering business. And I have to say that nowhere do I see a greater degree of courtesy, friendliness and helpfulness than in the Boulder Carpet Exchange. This, of course is coupled with technical expertise and an encyclopedic knowledge of your stock, as well as answering myriad questions both from my clients and me with infinite patience.
In find that all of the staff – Sigrid, Mindy, Randy, Mark and Fran are interested and helpful, no matter how small or large the job. I have observed that whether they are working with me or others, they give undivided attention to the client, as if nothing else in the world is more important. And I have never seen an exception to this expression of conscientiousness.
The bonus to all of this is that they have a great sense of humor and relate as a team with each other, which makes the atmosphere in the store both harmonious and a great deal of fun.
I always look forward to my dealings with Boulder Carpet Exchange, and my clients are equally satisfied.

Today, your company completed the installation of 472 yards of carpet at my residence. Although not usually so easy to please, I have been so happy over my entire experience with Carpet Exchange that I just felt compelled to share it with you.
For years, my group of ix and flip rehab investors and I have given Home Depot and some other local carpet dealers our carpet business, never once thinking Carpet Exchange could even complete. I’m still not sure why I stopped in at your Golden store, but I’m glad I did. Matt Morgan, my sales associate, seemed confident that your company could beat Home Depot’s bid and much to my surprise, you did! Matt also assured me that my install would be handled by a very experienced crew. Matt, by the way, is a real pleasure to deal with , thanks to his excellent people and technical skills.
As you know, cold carpet cannot be properly stretched and I shared that and some other logistical concerns with Matt. He put me in touch with Steve Gress who resourcefully addressed those concerns. Moreover, Steve gave me his cell phone number and urged me to call him if I had any concerns or problems during the install. And he along with Crew Leader Fernando both stopped by during the install even though I’d previously told Steve how pleased I was with how well the installers were performing.
I’ve seen a lot of carpet installers at work in my time, but never have I seen a crew so skillful and careful as this one. I would put them up against any competition in Denver and I’d even bet money on them!
So form price and sale through installation and satisfaction, you have won me over. So much so, that I am now telling my investors they are short changing themselves if they don’t check with Matt at Carpet Exchange before buying their carpet. Indeed, one of them who, like me, had never given Carpet Exchange a chance, had his first job installed last week and had nothing but praise for Matt, the installers, the price and the quality.
When I think about the money we could have saved by discovering Carpet Exchange sooner, I could just kick myself. But it doesn’t stop here: your sales associates, installers, and the way you do business beats the pants off Home Depot.

Just a word of thanks for the outstanding job done by Louis and his son, Omar, who are subcontracted for installation of flooring, and have just completed work for me following the flooding of my condo.
They were every professional in all their dealings with me, and Omar, who did the installation of the laminate flooring, did a superb, meticulous job.
In addition, Gary Essex was also superb in his handling of the selection of the flooring, including my needing a different color for the co-base in the living room.
All those with whom I had contact at the showroom on S. Havana were professional and supportive. Luis was especially responsive, and did all work in a timely manner.
I feel confident about using this showroom for all my flooring and carpet needs in the future.
